Registration FAQ's
1. Prices
Early Bird: $75.00 by March 31st (Incl. 4.91 GST)
Regular: $85.00 by May 1st (Incl. 5.56 GST)
At the door: $95.00 after May 1st (Incl. 6.21 GST)

Groups of 10 or more: You could win the limited edition Avalanche American Apparel T-shirts for your whole group*! Receive one ballot for every 10 people registered in your group by May 1, 2007 and enter for your chance at Free shirts (valued at $20.00) for all your group!

2. Time Sensitivity
Completed registrations with full payment must be postmarked, faxed or registered online no later than midnight of the due date above to receive the discounted rate. After that, each individual will be invoiced $10.00 per registration, no exceptions.
Registration is complete upon confirmation of payment. Confirmation will be sent to you upon clearing your payment. Please allow 5 business days around the various deadlines.
Registrations are 100% non-refundable.
3. Age Sensitivity
Avalanche is designed for those aged 12 to 22 yrs old.
We are not able to allow access to Children under the age of 11.
4. Group Registration
For Groups it is generally easier to have one person who is the “go to” person. We ask that one leader be assigned as the "Group Leader Designate" for each group - for reference and contact to the registration team of Avalanche.
This person will come to a group registration table at check in and will receive group materials to disburse to his group. Any communication, concerns, clarifications, changes should be made through this individual. All data obtained shall be used solely for the purpose of communicating Avalanche ministries conference and ministry information. You have the option of registering online, or using our downloadable group registration form.
Please note that to register online you must use Visa or MC, and register all individuals in your group at one sitting. Please have your credit card ready and ALL the individual contact information at hand.

5. Payment Methods: Do not send cash in the mail

6. Parental Permission
Youth pastors and Leaders are responsible to get written permission from the parents or legal guardians of the youth they are bringing to this event.
7. Registration options

8. Refund
Absolutely No Refunds will be given for any reason.
9. Zero Tolerance Policy
While we don't want to be legalistic, our desire is to walk as best as we can in value based relationships. We acknowledge we are all on a learning curve in our relationships but we have a zero tolerance policy that applies to all participants for the entire weekend. Should any of these items below be violated, the youth will be sent home with no refund. Either the youth or those in authority over them will be responsible for any travel charges.

Billeting Information
Billeting is free to registered Avalanche attendees. It is based on a first come, first served basis. Book early, as we are limited to how many people/groups we can accommodate.
Billeting can be requested when you register online.

Billeting Guidelines
Student Guidelines
As your host families are welcoming you into their home, please treat them with kindness and consideration. You will be arriving at your host families late at night and will be up early in the morning. Please be extra considerate with your noise levels and bathroom use.
1. Host families are not required to provide transportation so please do not ask them for a ride.
2. Host families are NOT expected to provide showers. If they do not provide showers, you can shower for a small cost in the locker rooms at the Parkinson Rec. Centre across the road from Avalanche.
3. Do not use the host families' telephone for any personal calls.
4. Host home is meant for sleeping & breakfast. Please do not use the families' home as a "hang out" for the weekend.
5. Bring your own bedding / gear e.g. foamies, sleeping bags, towels etc.
